Dr. Ahmed Summan is an assistant professor at the environmental sciences dept. and working/teaching in the field of occupational and environmental hygiene. He is the instructor of Noise pollution courses at the department.

Research Interests
The research interests of Dr. Ahmed Summan focus on studying the health effects due to exposure to community and industrial noise. He is also interested in the studies to the assessment of the acoustical characteristics in rooms/in buildings and their controls to enhance.
